A.  YES!  YOU CAN UPGRADE OR DOWNGRADE ANYTIME!  SIMPLY CONTACT US. 

Q.  CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION ANYTIME?

A.  YES, YOU CAN CANCEL BY LOGGING INTO YOUR ACCOUNT FROM OUR WEBSITE OR BY CONTACTING US.  CANCELLATIONS WILL BE APPLIED TO THE NEXT BILLING CYCLE AND WILL NOT BE ISSUED TO THE CURRENT MONTH. BILLING CYCLES ARE BASED ON ORIGINAL SUBSCRIPTION PURCHASE DATE. 

Q.  WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T ORDER ALL OF MY JUICES EACH MONTH?

A.  UNORDERED JUICES WILL "ROLLOVER" TO NEXT MONTH.  RESTRICTIONS MAY APPLY AFTER 1 YEAR IF UNUSED. 

Q. CAN I PUT MY DELIVERIES ON HOLD?

A.  YES, YOU MAY HOLD ANY DELIVERY WITH A 48 HOUR NOTICE BY CONTACTING US.  THIS IS A GREAT OPTION IF YOU TAKE A HOLIDAY, BUT WE MUST RECEIVE THE REQUIRED 48  HOUR NOTICE TO STOP A DELIVERY, OTHERWISE IT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR MEMBERSHIP REGARDLESS.  UNORDERED JUICES WILL "ROLLOVER" TO THE NEXT MONTH.  

Q.  HOW DO I SELECT WHICH JUICES I WANT?

A.  AT THIS TIME WE WILL BE IN CONTACT WITH YOU TO SET UP YOUR JUICES.  COMING SOON THERE WILL BE A SYSTEM TO ORDER THROUGH YOUR ACCOUNT. IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOU WANT IN ADVANCE, SEND US AN EMAIL, CALL OR DO A LIVE CHAT!

Q.  DO YOU DELIVER TO SURROUNDING AREAS SUCH AS NEW ORLEANS, NORTHSHORE & LAFAYETTE LOUISIANA UNDER THE "LOCAL DELIVERY" OPTIONS?
